Thanks for visiting!
A lifelong learner driven by curiosity, I bring creativity and systems thinking to every challenge. My journey has included work in Thai refugee camps, a Master’s from the School for International Training, and 15 years leading Food Connects into a $5M social enterprise. I’m now opening a new chapter to share what I’ve learned about social entrepreneurship, collaborative leadership, and grief. You read that right: grief.
In 2021, I lost my wife of 20 years, and thus began a radical shift in my personal and professional life. Since then, I have been engaged with the grief process, learning and practicing to heal and be the best solo parent I can for my 2 adolescent children. I am committed to continue processing my journey through a Substack Newsletter and Grief Coaching.
I also enjoy supporting others’ leadership journeys and advising on projects and for enterprises.
In both personal and professional life, I’ve learned to take calculated risks, embrace mistakes, and iterate toward solutions. With a growth mindset, I’m committed to evolving and supporting others on their grieving and leadership journeys.
